AGC Glass Company North America announced the addition of three new architectural sales representatives to its sales team. AGC continues to build its sales force and strengthen the company’s architectural presence to support the strong commitment to growth in North America, according to company officials.
Wes Thorpe entered the fenestration industry in 2005, and has experience with other industry leaders such as Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope and YKK AP, working in architectural sales and national account sales. Based in Texas, Thorpe will assist architects in achieving their design vision throughout the southwest.
Armando Aragon has a degree in architecture from Florida International University and brings a wide-array of value-added services to AGC, with experience in architectural and interior design, project management, as well as sales and business development. Aragon has developed expertise in the field of hospitality, luxury high-rise residential and commercial project work, making him a perfect fit to represent AGC in the Florida market, officials say.
M.E. “Marty” Biskup, a LEED Green Associate, offers more than 15 years of successful industry experience in architectural sales and management working with architects, engineers, interior designers and spec writers. He will be responsible for architectural sales in the Northeastern and New England region of the United States.
